I’m a product engineer by heart. I built the first commercial product at 16, and several after. With two decades of experience working with product teams at startups and larger enterprises, I have hands-on knowledge of what works and what doesn’t. Having worked in multiple developer roles and as the head of engineering, I know what it takes to ship winning products and build environments where teams thrive.

I’m currently building Zero — an AI-native CMS for Astro. I also write about agentic engineering and share my thoughts on product, teams, and strategy in the AI era.

Alongside building Zero, I occasionally work with businesses on engineering leadership, product strategy, and the integration of AI-native practices into their development work.
